I will be unavailable until further notice. We have had a death in the close family, and I have a lot to take care of. If you need to get a hold of me, I will be checking my e-mail, and cell phone occasionally.

I am moving back to Portland soon!

I am leaving tomorrow the 14th, and driving out. I should arrive around the 19thish.

ALL CHS ALUM,

I just wanted to let everyone know that knew Mr. Karsten (Former Pottery Teacher), that he passed away this week of Liver Failure. He had a long battle with Hepatitis C, the disease that stipped him from being able to teach at CHS.

He was a friend, a mentor, and someone that I will never forget. He made me a man, and refined my skills in Ceramics to make me an artist.

The school district will be providing more information when they recieve it. My Mom, who's on the school board let me know. I Hope that he is remembered as a hero, that saved many of us from being losers in High School, He gave us skills, life lessons, and friendship that was much needed, and he will be sorely missed.

I will miss you Mr. Karsten.

I just had my last cigarette!

It's been a week since I blew up on my mother. I don't feel bad, or remorcefull. In fact I feel better.

Last time this happened I didn't talk to her for 3 months. (To end the spat, my mom bribed me with a trip to Vegas, and I caved.)

Ahhh, I have to actually have to live within a 30 min drive of her soon.... ::pouty face::

Otherwise, I made a great dinner tonight, even though Ryan can't tell me that.

Haloween night is sorta lame if you don't go out and do something. I just worked for 12 hours, and am not really interested in going out the places that Ryan wants to go. Oh well, maybe next year.

So today was weird, because it was the first time since July, I haven't spent a monday night at Marching band rehearsal. I'm not sure If I like the extra time off, and away from the kids, or if i'm actually bored. I think a little of both. I was uber lazy, and didn't really know what to do with myself. So I watched OPRAH, and the news, and such, and actually spent some time really deep cleaning my kitchen, and drank too many lattes. I think the other thing that bothered me about tonight, that it was one of the first times in a while that I have really had time to mentally process the big move coming up. I'm a ball of emotions, and I think I have a lot more to think about before moving day comes. huh.... ::sigh::
